The award-winning Clayton County Water Authority is recognized as an industry leader, with utility peers from all over the nation and world visiting our system to learn more about processes such as our leak detection program and our use of constructed wetlands.  CCWA was named one of the “Top Water Wise Communities” in the U.S. and a “Utility of the Future Today”.

CCWA reuses 80% of all the wastewater it collects using both natural systems like their 500 acres of treatment wetlands and advanced treatment systems such as ultraviolet light for disinfection.

 

Clayton State University in Morrow boasts an enrollment of 7,000+ students, a rich cultural and socio-economic diversity of the greater Atlanta region through it’s diverse faculty, its multi-ethnic and multgenerational student population, it’s successful alumni working in the area, and the wide variety of clubs and organizational activities for students.

Offered within the five Colleges and Schools of Clayton State are 8 Masters degrees including an accredited MBA program and the unique Master of Archival Studies, 40 Baccalaureate degrees, and dozens of Minors.
